The wool used in Cariaggi® yarns is a fine quality, pure new wool that comes from the Ovis Aries Aries.
The selected fibres have technical characteristics that are unique.
The fibre is collected by shearing the sheep, once a year, in the early spring. The right period guarantees that the animal has a new fleece to protect it against the cold in the winter months. The shearers are highly qualified and proud of the care and attention reserved to the sheep.
